Boardrooms

Boardrooms, huddle spaces, classrooms and other high value meeting spaces can be very productive with the right technology, and can be completely demotivating when the incorrect technology is utilized. Laptop cameras and computer speakers can be insufficient when trying to host virtual meeting with 3 or more onsite attendees. Room noise and echoey sounds can put a real damper on progress in the meeting. It's important that each attendees voice is clearly represented and clear. Remote attendees can get frustrated due to the lack of clarity in sound and video coming from the meeting room.

Projectors

Projects are an integral part of any meeting space requiring a screen larger than 85". LCD's and OLED TV's can more than be considered as a viable alternative to projectors at sizes less than 85". Mainly due to the cost of the screen, the minimal amount of labor required to install the screen and the brightness and contrast they provide. However at screen sizes larger than 85", the cost of LCD's and OLED's become exponentially higher. When screen requirements become 100" or more, the obvious choice is a projector screen combination.

Projector Screens

This is Subtitle

Projector screens are a necessary component of any projector installation. Screens provide a surface for the light produced by the projector to reflect off of. In order to accurately display the image produced by the projector this surface needs to be chromatically neutral, and have a constant gain. Projector screens are designed exactly for this purpose. Chromatic refers to the color of the screen, which should essentially be white, without any bias toward one color. Gain refers to how much light is reflected back to the viewer. Higher gain screens will appear brighter and will reject ambient room lighting making the viewing experience better.

Quality audio is without question, one of the most important aspects of any virtual meeting. Network POE microphones can provide the flexibility, ease of use and deliver clear audio without room noise, echo or distortion. Smart microphones beamform, focusing the targeted audio source or presenter like a laser, so that your participants hear only what they should.

Speakers

Laptop and TV speakers may be sufficient for joining in Zoom, Teams or WebEx meetings on the road, however meeting spaces pose a few challenges that need to be overcome. The audio needs to be amplified enough for more than one or two poeple to hear it. Media played in the room, may include music, sound effects or voice that can be difficult to experience without proper sound amplification. POE speakers can be easily integrated into your existing network. Audio can be routed from other rooms, and the audio can be calibrated to compliment the acoustics of the room.

Cameras

Laptop cameras can be great for joining web meetings on the road. But, like speakers, Laptop cameras have a limited use, mainly their focus, focal length and position cannot change. Enter PTZ cameras. PTZ stands for pan, tilt, zoom. These cameras are highly controllable. Everything from exposure to position, focus and resolution can also be adjusted. Presets can be stored for easy access for common meeting configurations. More than one camera can be switched to accommodate multiple presenters, or the camera can be programmed to automatically adjust to focus on the person speaking.

Control

Subtitle

We, at Audio Envision believe controlling your conference should require no training. Any member of your staff should be able to operate the conference room with the touch of a button. Our systems are easy to use, but powerful enough to be deployed in the most complex environments. User authentication allows you to limit access to low tier users, and grant advanced control for onsite technical staff.
