Background music is one of the elements any customer would consider a must when they talk about their dining experience. Background music is exactly what is sounds like, music that is played in the background. Background music should entertain, but allow your customers have a conversation. Background music can also mask conversations for being overheard and give each party a sense of privacy. Background music create an atmosphere and energy in the room. With genre selections a customer can feel like they are on a cobblestone street bistro in Italy, or a beachside ceviche bar in Cabo. With the right choice of speakers, amplifiers and media players all of these benefits can be access from the palm of your hands, or programmed to automatically start playlists and run on hourly, daily or even season schedules.

Customizable Lighting

The primary purpose of lighting is to illuminate a room. Once this is achieved there is a second more valuable purpose for lighting, that is to create and experience. Lighting can create an ambience, set the mood. It can make poeple feel excited and energized, it can get poeple to dance, or it cause poeple to relax. Lighting can stimulate social activity and even stimulate an appetite. Lighting can even be informative, by letting poeple know it's time to leave, or that your restaurant is open or closed. The incorrect lighting can drive away your customers and make a room un-inviting. Programmable lighting can put all of these emotions and atmospheres at your fingertips. They can be programmed, or dialed in to create a mix of lighting elements. The options are endless.

Network and Wifi

This is Subtitle

WIFI and networking are the backbone of commination in your business. A typical restaurant can have 5 to 10 independent WIFI and wired networks running at the same time. There might be a network for the POS system, another for guest WIFI, another network for administration, payroll and inventory management, a separate network for security and cameras. The reason for this is simple, security and reliability. You wouldn't want your guest WIFI network to be on the same net as your POS system or sensitive financial information right? Another reason is that each system has it's own set of protocols and configurations. A security camera, could potentially be set to the same IP address as a POS printer and cause a huge problem in the kitchen and expediting if the printer stopped working. Similar problems can arrise for other mission critical devices.

There are many moving pieces in a restaurant. Servers are processing cash and credit cards, food and beverages are constantly being added to and removed from your inventory. And when the store is closed and staff have gone home, you still need someone to watch over your valuable investments. Security cameras can provide detailed video footage of all events, from transactions to deliveries. Cameras can capture with stunning detail anyone who enters the building or even walks suspiciously around the perimeters. Security cameras can deter theft and break-ins, all the while keeping an accurate record of what happened. Insurance companies and law enforcement agencies are known to be much more helpful when video evidence can prove your claims. Video cameras can be access remotely from smartphone, laptop or tablet. They can be set to record continuously, or only record when they see motion or recognize a human face. Security and protection of your business is one of our top priorities.
